The scope of implementation of the policy is the electric vehicle charging piles set by the State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company with directly reading meters and charging to households for residential homes, residential communities, rural communities and other non-resident users.
The notice is clear: on the basis of the current electricity price standard (0.555 yuan per KWH, including tax), the electricity price for the deep-valley period will be reduced by 0.333 yuan per KWH, the electricity price for the trough period will be reduced by 0.17 yuan, the electricity price for the peak period will be increased by 0.03 yuan, and the electricity price for the rush hours will be increased by 0.333 yuan. That is, the electricity price for the deep-valley period is 0.222 yuan per KWH, the electricity price for the trough period is 0.385 yuan, the electricity price for the normal period is 0.555 yuan, the electricity price for the peak period is 0.585 yuan, and the electricity price for the rush hours is 0.888 yuan.
At present, the current (before September 1) electricity price policy is divided into time segments as follows: peak segment is from 8:00 to 22:00 and valley segment is from 22:00 to 8:00 the next day. During peak segment, the electricity price per KWH is increased by 0.17 yuan. The price of electricity in the valley segment is reduced by 0.17 yuan. That is, the peak segment electricity price is 0.725 yuan, and the valley segment electricity price is 0.385 yuan. It can be seen that if the user chooses to charge in the deep-valley period 0.163 yuan per KWH will be saved than the previous valley period.
From the time division table, it can be seen that the deep-valley period from September to November is 11 to 14 o 'clock, and the deep-valley period in December is 12 to 14 o 'clock.
It is reported that time segment power price policy will be implemented from September 1, 2023, which can be voluntarily chosen by the resident users, and the power grid enterprise will replace the time segment power meters free of charge. The adjusted electricity price policy will be implemented from the next month after the application, in an annual cycle, and will not be adjusted within one year. If users do not choose the policy, the power shall still be priced in the original way. The electricity pricing policy for operational centralized charging and power replacing facilities directly applied to power grid operating enterprises shall continue to be implemented in accordance with relevant current state regulations.

If the electric vehicle user charges once a week (8 hours, 60 KWH), and does not choose the policy price, the electricity cost is 33.3 yuan each time, and the annual electricity cost is 1731 yuan; After choosing the policy price, the electricity bill is reduced to 1,201.2 yuan, which can reduce the charging cost by 530 yuan, a decrease of 31%.
