On December 28, 2023, the first plenary meeting of Electric Bicycle Battery Swap Professional Committee of Shandong Energy Saving Alternative Promotion Association (SESAPA) was held in Qingdao. The meeting was hosted by Shandong Energy Saving Alternative Promotion Association and organized by Qingdao Huashuo Gaoke New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Shandong Energy Saving Alternative Promotion Association is jointly initiated by State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company, Shandong Academy of Sciences, State Grid (Shandong) Electric Vehicle Service Co., Ltd. and other 12 units as a social group in the field of electric energy substitution.
