The HSGK-BHD series intelligent charging and power changing cabinets designed and developed by Qingdao Huashuo Gaoke fully meet the latest requirements and relevant standards put forward by State Grid. The power changing cabinet is stylish and beautiful in appearance, uses 4G communication, and uses high-definition LCD display in the interactive interface, has touch control function and voice prompt, intelligent, simple and easy to operate. The power changing cabinet can intelligently manage the battery replacement process; the whole power change is unattended, just by scanning the code to open the cabinet to replace the battery. After the battery is full, the charging can be automatically terminated.

The electrical system of intelligent charging and power changing cabinet is composed of five parts: strong current system, control system, communication system, power supply system and Internet of Things service system. The power changing cabinet is equipped with 12-cell battery charging port for free combination; It can be directly connected to the mains, suitable for outdoor & indoor use, supporting fast charging technology, no long waiting; Users can scan the code or enter the reservation code to easily access the battery, with self-test function, supporting remote upgrade, worry-free operation and maintenance; Cabinet waterproof design meets the needs of outdoor layout, with 24-hour security monitoring of the cabinet and real-time grasp of abnormal conditions, eliminating potential risks; With leakage protection, high temperature protection, smoke alarm, fire and explosion protection and other functions, safe for use.

The intelligent charging and power changing cabinet has three advantages: intelligence, convenience and safety.

1、Intelligence: With timed charging, it can set night charging mode for part of the batteries, making reasonable use of night energy; The charger communicates with the battery in real time and adjusts the charging parameters according to the battery status; Monitoring the temperature of battery, charger and whole cabinet in real time, and automatically adjusting the temperature in the cabinet; The internal control system of the power changing cabinet communicates with the cloud platform in real time to monitor the operating status of the entire cabinet.

2、Convenience: the smart charging and power changing cabinet is small in size and occupies a small area, with a 12-cell power changing cabinet occupying only 1 square meter; It can be installed centralized or distributed according to the characteristics of different user groups.
